In early 2020, my wife and I moved to Colombia with the dream of starting a coffee company. Our purpose was to find the best coffee that we could get our hands on, from the best coffee growing region on earth – el eje cafetero. We wanted to craft a product that was reflective of the region that it came from, so we combed coffee country in order to meet local coffee growers, local processors, and local roasters who we could work with to bring our vision to life.
